Terms & Conditions


NCP Group agrees to sell product and the Customer agrees to buy the goods ordered through NCP website.



All prices are in NZ dollars. Our prices are quoted inclusive of GST but exclusive of any applicable freight charges.

All prices (unless specified) inclusive of GST and exclude freight charges, and are subject to change without notice (Error & Omissions Excepted).

The purchase price is for goods supplied and packed, and is exclusive of installation and maintenance.

Provided we meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we can revise our prices at any time prior to accepting your order.

Purchase prices are given in New Zealand dollars unless otherwise stated.

You are bound to pay us the price once we accept your order which is placed by you.



The goods you purchase must be paid for before we can deliver the goods to you.



Where we agree to transport the goods to a specified place, we will deliver, or arrange delivery of, the goods to that place. Except where otherwise agreed, you will pay for all resulting transportation costs.

We can deliver the goods by instalments, and each instalment shall be treated as a separate contract, additional delivery charges might apply unless otherwise agreed and stated.

All freight charges shall be at your cost unless otherwise agreed and stated.

Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made within 24 hours. We cannot accept liability for goods damaged or lost in transit. However, please notify us immediately with details of any claim and we will do all we can to rectify any situations that may arise. We recommend paying the extra cost for a signature courier. Please contact us to organise this for you before placing your order.



Please note there is only one voucher or coupon valid per item, per transaction. Discount vouchers are not valid on special offers, so please use one or the other to get yourself the best price.



The seller's website and advertising only constitute an invitation to treat. Ordering goods (online or otherwise) constitutes an offer by the buyer to buy in accordance with these terms and conditions. The seller's acceptance occurs (and the contract is formed) when the goods are dispatched to the buyer. NCP Group endeavours to provide current and accurate information on the Website. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur. NCP Group cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter. NCP Group does not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, product descriptions, price or photographs, is accurate or complete.

We respect your knowledge and judgement. Unless you ask for advice, we will assume you know what you want and ship the exact products you bought. If you are unsure of anything, we are more than happy to answer your questions about our products and choose the right products based on your needs and budget.

NCP Group reserves the right to: (a) correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; (b) change at any time the products and services advertised or made available for sale on the Website, the prices, fees, charges and specifications of such products and services, any promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; (c) reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order, including accepted orders for any reason; and (d) limit quantities available for sale or sold.



Our stock is updated several times per day, but from time to time there can be errors due to incorrect stocktake counts, etc. Please note an online order which is showing stock at the time may be incorrect. If this is the case we will contact you. It's highly unlikely, but worth mentioning.

In correct product supplied. If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, NCP group will supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a credit / refund.

- to supply the correct product the incorrect product will first need to be returned to us;
- we will need to be notified within 24hours of delivery;
- the incorrect product supplied must be in resalable / unused condition.

Purchases where NCP group organise delivery, we will arrange for collection of your incorrectly supplied or damaged goods. This will be at our cost where such charges are our responsibility under the Consumer Guarantees Act, Otherwise, you will be liable for all delivery and insurance charges incurred in respect of returned goods.



At NCP Group, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience.

NCP Group does not store any credit card details as all payments are done through Windcave.
